Consent to personal data processing

By submitting an enquiry through kremlinpravo.ru, I freely, voluntarily and in my own interest consent to The Kremlin House of Justice (operator of the information system; +7 (985) 728-48-24, info@kremlinpravo.ru) processing my personal data for qualification of the enquiry, its direction to a suitable advocate and subsequent provision of legal assistance by the chosen advocate.

Data covered: surname, first name, patronymic (if provided); telephone; email address; information about the situation and any other data voluntarily provided in forms and correspondence.

Purposes: qualifying the enquiry; directing it to a suitable advocate where consent is given; contact to discuss an agreement with the advocate; organisational instructions; sending materials; informing about enquiry status.

I understand that fees and the scope of legal assistance are set in an individual agreement with the advocate; there is no public tariff page on the Site (indicative figures — in the personal account), and online payment on the Site is not enabled.

Where I describe circumstances by voice, I consent to processing of the audio / voice message and its text transcript for the purpose of providing legal assistance.

Processing operations: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer (provision) to communication infrastructure contractors to the necessary extent, anonymisation, blocking, deletion.

Consent term: 3 (three) years from the date of provision or until withdrawal, unless withdrawal conflicts with the Operator's obligations. Withdrawal — to info@kremlinpravo.ru.

I have been informed of my rights as a data subject under Federal Law No. 152-FZ. I have read the Privacy Policy. I understand that submitting an enquiry does not automatically mean an advocate accepts the engagement.
