Entry threshold

From which threshold the bureau accepts a mandate

We act for principals who treat legal accompaniment as part of risk management — not a one-off telephone enquiry. What follows is an entry orientation. It is not a public offer and not a full price list: scope, term and remuneration are fixed only in the engagement agreement.

Whom we act for

  • Private clients and companies prepared to fund the bureau concierge contour: the duty line, the cabinet, deadlines and coordination of the mandate.
  • Principals who value their time and prefer a mandate agreed in advance to an endless chain of ‘clarifying’ calls with no subject-matter.
  • Those who need a standing counsel position — from the first signal through to enforcement — not a casual opinion ‘just in case’.

What we decline

  • Mandates that would reduce the bureau to a free hotline or to shopping for ‘the cheapest lawyer by the hour’.
  • Approaches with no readiness to enter an agreement and to fund remuneration sufficient for the duty contour.
  • Requests that expect a full litigation contour at the price of a first-line note.

Entry orientation

from $5,000

The lower bound of monthly concierge accompaniment is the amount shown. That is the threshold from which the bureau can keep a duty line, a cabinet and a minimum package of counsel time. Criminal defence, arbitration, on-site attendance and discrete court cycles are agreed separately and, as a rule, sit above this threshold.

Legal reservation

The figures are an orientation for discussion, not an offer. Counsel’s remuneration is fixed by agreement in light of complexity, urgency, geography and volume. Until an agreement is signed the bureau is not obliged to accept a mandate. Attorney–client privilege and confidentiality of the enquiry apply from the first call.
