FAQ
Questions & answers
Short answers for international counsel and private clients. Not a substitute for individual advice.
- Who do you work with?
- Private individuals and businesses across Russia. We provide integrated legal and organisational support — counsel, fact-finding, personal security and asset protection in one team, under an individual mandate rather than off-the-shelf packages.
- How does engagement start?
- Submit a callback request on the Site, call, or write via WhatsApp or Telegram. We discuss the situation, documents and risks in a substantive conversation — no generic service bundles.
- Do you publish public tariffs?
- No. Indicative fee guidance is available in the personal account after intake; scope, fees and payment terms are fixed in an individual agreement. Online payment on the Site is not enabled.
- Where are you based, and do you work outside Moscow?
- Our base is Moscow; we are registered with the Moscow Chamber of Advocates. We accept mandates across Russia — court appearances, investigative steps, meetings and online work as agreed.
- Can I contact you about a matter not listed on the Site?
- Yes. Describe the situation in text or voice, or request a callback. We will define a mandate within the bounds of Russian law. If the task is outside our competence or the legal field, we will say so directly.
- What is in the personal account?
- After an agreement is signed and access is granted: matter status, documents and payment records relevant to your engagement.
- How quickly do you respond?
- During business hours, we aim to respond within 15 minutes of a callback request. Urgent risks — detention, asset freezes, fraud in progress — are prioritised.
- What is the emergency contact circle?
- A list of persons the firm may contact immediately if circumstances threaten liberty, health or require urgent notification of family and trusted persons. Used solely within the mandate and attorney–client privilege — not for marketing.
- Can I describe my situation by voice?
- Yes. Voice dictation is available on the Site; in Telegram (Mini App or bot chat) you may send text or voice. Voice materials are processed under attorney–client privilege.
- Do you guarantee the outcome of a case?
- No. Counsel cannot guarantee a procedural result. We guarantee professional representation of your interests within the agreed mandate and transparent communication throughout.
- What should I do if a family member is detained?
- Identify the unit or detention facility; do not give statements without counsel; contact the firm immediately — by voice through the bot or via a callback request.
- Is attorney–client privilege respected?
- Yes. Information relating to legal assistance — including voice enquiries — is protected under Russian advocacy law and attorney–client privilege.
